- ABOUT ME, MY ASPIRATIONS, etc...
- God called me to the ministry years ago. For years, I didn't know or understand what He wanted me to be, but now I see from the abilities He has given me, and some of the things I naturally do, He wants me to be a teacher.
I am also a drafter and a ham radio operator. I would like to move up to engineering, and become more involved in the emergency communications aspects of ham radio.
- THE DREAM FOR MY LIFE or THE PLAN GOD HAS FOR MY LIFE...
- God is my Provider. He provided an opportunity for me to work from home because I had no transportation. I am not working in the field I am trained for, but I am looking, and believing in Him to direct me to the right place.
I do have a working car now, and that has allowed me to get back into church. I believe that as I hear His voice, He will give me opportunities to teach His Word.
God has given me 3 basic messages to give everywhere I go to minister: The Biggest Dangers of Religion, Jesus Plus Nothing, Jesus and Pentecost.

- Philippians 3: 13 - 14 is a long-time favorite of mine:

Colossians is my favorite book for its main theme is the pre-eminence of Chirst, as shown in chapter 1: 15 - 20:

16 For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities--all things have been created through Him and for Him.
17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.

19 For it was the Father's good pleasure for all the fullness to dwell in Him,

What role does discipline play in a soldier's life?
As I said earlier, the basis of all discipline is self-discipline. A drill sergeant can yell and scream at you to get out of that warm bunk to get into uniform, get your boots on, make your bunk and be ready for first formation in fifteen minutes, but you are the one who has to make yourself peel off those covers, grab that uniform and those boots, get that bunk ready to pass inspection, and get outside no matter what the weather is. Army??
Gary's message last night has got me stirred up. When he got to talking about the military aspects of Ephesians, I wanted so much to jump in and add my insight, but I know it's not my place to do that. So, I can understand when the Holy Spirit restrained him from speaking his own mind, and he submitted to saying only what the Spirit allowed.
